Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment Khalid A. Al Falih announced an ambitious plan to expand the Riyadh Metro network with a total investment of more than US$21 Bn.
The expansion would include the seventh line of the Riyadh Metro which will span nearly 65km and will have 19 stations, 14 of which will be built underground and five overground. It will link Qiddiya Entertainment City, King Abdullah International Gardens, King Salman Park, New Murabba, Misk City and Diriyah Gate.

Dan Company signed a contract with Abdulmohsen Al-Tamimi Contracting to develop Tuaja Luxury Resorts in Al-Ahsa. Spanning 1.8M sqm, the project features 201 units across three distinct resorts—Tuaja Premium Farm Resort, Tuaja Eco Resort, and Tuaja Adventure Resort—offering luxury, tranquility, and adventure tourism experiences.
SEVEN awarded Alfanar Projects a US$346 Mn contract for its entertainment hub in Jazan. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the project includes 73,000 sqm of built-up space designed by Gensler. It will feature diverse recreational facilities and enriching community-focused entertainment in the region.
