Dar Global Announces Trump Plaza Jeddah Project

Dar Global has announced the launch of the $1 billion Trump Plaza Jeddah project, the second Trump-branded project in the Kingdom after Trump Tower Jeddah. The project will include residential apartments, serviced apartments, offices, and townhouses, strengthening Jeddah’s position as a luxury real estate hub.

Ministry of Energy: Gas Network Prequalification

The Ministry of Energy announced the launch of the prequalification phase for the bids for licenses to develop, own, and operate gas distribution networks in five major industrial cities: Sudair Industrial and Business City, Al Kharj Industrial City, and Jeddah’s First, Second, and Third Industrial Cities.

It also invited interested parties to request prequalification documents by October 25, 2025. The deadline for submitting completed prequalification applications is November 29, 2025.

Qiddiya High-Speed ​​Rail Project

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in cooperation with the National Center for Privatization and Privatization (NCP) and Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), announced the launch of the expressions of interest (EOI) phase for the Qiddiya High-Speed ​​Rail Project.

The Qiddiya High-Speed ​​Rail Project, which will reach speeds of 250 kilometers per hour, aims to connect King Salman International Airport, King Abdullah Financial District, and Qiddiya City within 30 minutes.

Gault Green Industries Factory at SPARK

With the support of the Ministry of Energy, Gault Green Industries, a Saudi-Spanish joint venture, signed an agreement with Diyar Al Safwa Engineering Consulting Office to undertake engineering and construction supervision for its new factory in King Salman Energy Park (SPARK).

The factory is scheduled to begin operating in the second quarter of 2027. When fully operational, it will produce more than 750,000 square meters of high-performance catalyst-coated electrodes annually.

These plots were purchased from Al Amriya Real Estate Development Company.
