Sumou Real Estate Company has signed a $36 million contract with Diyar Real Estate Development to deliver infrastructure works for a 960,000 sqm project in North Obhur, Jeddah.
The development will be completed within 24 months, contributing to Jeddah’s growing urban expansion.

Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) will lead a consortium to develop the 1,500 MW Dawadmi Wind Power Project west of Riyadh.
The project, valued at $839 million, achieved a record-low levelized cost of 1.33¢/kWh, setting a new global benchmark for wind energy efficiency.
