The project calls for the construction and development of a souq within the Al Olaya neighbourhood located in the heart of Al Khobar district. The project will cover an area of 50,000 square meters, and will include markets and spaces for sports, exhibitions for plastic arts, places dedicated for free crafts, areas dedicated to teaching arts for children and amateur artists in addition to studios.
Project Brief : The project calls for the supply and installation of the first fleet of 16 nuclear reactors producing 17.6 GW combined nuclear power at the City of Nuclear and Renewable Energy Research which will be located in Riyadh. The project is the new luxury destination located in Tabouk Province, Saudi Arabia. Financed by the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), the project is part of a strategy to reduce the Saudi economy’s dependence on oil revenue, and aims to promote international tourism. Project calls for the construction of 11 Solar power plants at various locations in Saudi Arabia under round 2 of renewable energy scheme. Saudi government intends to deploy 40 GW of solar power as part of an overall 58.7 GW renewable energy by 2030. Current locations include Alfaisalia ( 600MW) , Rabigh (300MW), Jeddah (300MW), Alras (300MW) , Saad (300MW), Qurrayat (200 MW & 40MW), Wadi Adwawser (70 MW), Madinah (50 MW), Rafha (20 MW) and Mahad Dahab (20 MW).
